Due to security regulations in some countries, flight bookings require traveler details such as name, passport or ID number, gender, age, and nationality. In accordance with applicable law, this information may be accessed by customs authorities in the countries of origin or destination.
Under no circumstances will the Agency request information related to philosophical or political beliefs, party or union affiliations, religious faith, private life, racial or ethnic origin, health, or sexual orientation, including genetic data.

All other personal data will be kept for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, without prejudice to its immediate deletion upon the user's request.
