   2. 7.2 Prices displayed on www.intertur.pt cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or agreements.
   3. 7.3 Upon full payment and confirmation of the booking, users will receive their travel documents via email within a maximum of 24 hours. Users must ensure that the email provided is correct and accessible. If the documentation is provided by a third-party tour operator, it may be sent electronically or physically within 7 days of departure. This timeframe will be communicated case-by-case.
   4. 7.4 All services are subject to cancellation or change policies that vary depending on the product. These policies are presented during booking. Some airfare and travel packages may have cancellation fees up to 100% of the booking value. Users will be informed of the applicable conditions after booking.
